Experience

I have had extensive experience in real estate law since 1973. Most of my clients are buyers and sellers of residential real estate. The balance of my clientele includes small developers, real estate brokers, commercial landlords and tenants, and those in need of building and zoning law counsel.

I have been "counsel of record" in several hundred real estate - related case, and have represented insurance companies' clients who have been sued on contract or other liability issues regarding builders' and condominium association officers' "errors and omission" policies.

I am quite familiar with the ramifications of Ohio's "Seller Residential Real Estate Disclosure Form" and related case law for varied reasons. I have represented hundreds of homeowners and sellers in all aspects of real estate law and litigation, and have drafted commercial and residential condominium declarations, bylaws and amendments. I have been on numerous bar association/continuing legal education panels.
